TransUnion’s Town Hall was designed to connect its global teams with senior leadership in the USA, building a sense of unity and shared purpose across the business. The aim was to bring everyone together for important updates and an interactive Q&A, led by the company president joining remotely.
Stream7 was called in to make this hybrid event as seamless as possible. We managed everything from the AV setup in North^ Church to the live stream that connected in-person attendees and hundreds more joining on Zoom. Our role covered:
For this Town Hall, we used a hybrid model that enabled real-time interaction and communication. Our setup included broadcast quality cameras and professional audio to capture every moment, including the remote address from the USA. With carefully managed streaming technology, we ensured everything ran smoothly, so both the venue and online audiences stayed in sync with minimal delay.
We also incorporated the use of Slido, a Q&A and polling platform for live and virtual meetings and events, to allow interactivity throughout the event.
The event was a great success, bringing a shared experience to both in-person and remote teams. The company president’s address came through clearly, and attendees appreciated the chance to participate fully, whether they were in Leeds or logging in from elsewhere. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, particularly regarding the quality of the stream and the easy interaction on Zoom.
This project highlighted Stream7’s expertise in delivering hybrid events that connect people across time zones and locations, with an emphasis on real engagement and quality communication.
