About Project
Largest event on the East Coast

Texworld New York City is a forum for the industry to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest innovation in textile and state of the trade industry. Due to the pandemic, event organisers Messe Frankfurt contacted Stream7 to enable them to seamlessly transition their in-person event to virtual.

Solution
Custom design

The event consisted of 15+ live seminars and over 40 speakers. Testing was required for all speakers prior to the event to ensure their connectivity and audio visual was suitable for broadcast.

The Stream7 design team created a bespoke motion graphic intro sequence for each of the sessions showing the session title, sponsor logos and presenter headshots. This added an impressive and unique element to the show.

The event was streamed live into networking app Grip via an embedded Stream7 video player.

This player was powered by our bespoke EVP (Event Video Platform)  running through our own servers, offering a great deal of visibility and control of the full process to our technicians ensuring the stream was fault free.

Outcome
Physical to Virtual

Transferring a physical event that traditionally welcomed in excess of 4000 visitors from 54 countries across the world to 100% virtual event represents a challenge to event organisers and producers alike.

The experience and knowledge that Stream7 has gained throughout the production of many Virtual and Hybrid events, enabled us to continually  guide and assist the organiser’s through the whole process ensuring a highly professional event and a smooth experience for all involved
