Stream7’s role was to support the entire technical delivery – from on-site event streaming across multiple tracks, to remote presenter management, to full content creation across the two-day programme.
Set inside the historic Beurs van Berlage – a venue known for its architectural grandeur and versatility – World Summit AI had multiple tracks running in parallel across several rooms. Each space had its own character and technical needs, and the venue was filled with digital displays, brand activations, and networking zones.
Stream7 deployed multi-camera setups in each live space, using HD cameras and directional microphones to ensure crisp visuals and clean audio. Each room had a dedicated crew managing live vision mixing, cueing for speakers, and monitoring AV quality throughout the event.
Each live stream was encoded and pushed to the event platform, allowing remote attendees to switch between sessions, interact with speakers, and take part in Q&As.
One of the defining features of this event was its complexity – multiple stages, simultaneous sessions, and a diverse mix of formats including panels, solo keynotes, fireside chats, and product demos.
Stream7 managed all event streaming aspects in real time. A central control room allowed the team to coordinate live feeds, overlay branded graphics, monitor data connections, and ensure there was no lag or interruption for the digital audience.
