AESSEAL’s Factory for the Future represents a major investment in sustainable manufacturing and innovation. To mark its official opening – attended by dignitaries including former Prime Minister Rishi Sunak – AESSEAL wanted an event that matched the scale of the achievement. The challenge was unique: how do you transform an active factory floor into a professional event venue, complete with staging, branding, lighting, and broadcast-quality production?
That’s where Stream7 came in.
Turning an industrial setting into an event-ready space required creative thinking and precise technical execution. Our production team worked closely with AESSEAL to design and install a setup that would not only showcase the new facility but also provide a smooth, polished experience for guests and speakers.
We delivered:
A custom Tecna backdrop, fully branded and dressed with integrated screens to display presentations.
Central staging, constructed in the middle of the factory floor to position speakers in full view of the audience.
Lighting design, adding warmth and ambience while subtly transforming the industrial space into a professional event environment.
Sound management, including microphones and a distributed speaker system, carefully balanced to ensure clarity in a space not designed for live speech.
Every element had to be installed with minimal disruption to the operational factory environment, requiring careful planning and a flexible approach.
Beyond the event itself, AESSEAL wanted to ensure the Factory for the Future launch had a lasting presence. To support this, Stream7 used broadcast-quality camera equipment to capture raw footage throughout the day.
Instead of producing finished edits, we worked in line with AESSEAL’s communications strategy by transferring all raw content directly to their in-house media team. This gave them complete freedom to create their own highlight reels, press materials, and promotional films while benefiting from the quality and consistency of Stream7’s professional capture.
By providing high-grade footage as part of the production package, we ensured AESSEAL’s team had everything they needed to extend the reach of the launch well beyond the event itself.
The production wasn’t just about the practicalities of staging and sound - it was also about creating an atmosphere that reflected AESSEAL’s brand values of sustainability, innovation, and precision. Lighting design softened the industrial surroundings, while the branded Tecna backdrop provided a focal point for speeches and presentations.
