When EE planned a key internal communications event at INNSiDE by Meliá, Newcastle, they wanted to create an engaging experience for their team – one that went beyond basic slides and microphones. While the venue offered some in-house AV facilities, the brief called for a higher level of production quality, technical reliability, and smooth delivery across every element.
That’s where Stream7 came in. We were brought on board to deliver full event production, working closely with both EE and the hotel’s team to ensure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish.
Rather than replacing the venue’s existing setup, we took an integrated approach – building on the in-house AV system and enhancing it with our own professional AV equipment. This gave us the flexibility to create a polished, high-quality production environment while still making the most of what was already in place.
