When inclusive rugby teams from across the UK gathered for the IGR UK National Finals Day, the Sheffield Vulcans took on the role of organisers – bringing the community together for a full day of fixtures, fun and celebration. Held at Sheffield Tigers RUFC, the event was packed with energy, teamwork and emotion from the first whistle to the final trophy lift.
Stream7 was commissioned to film the event and deliver a high-impact highlights video that would capture the scale and spirit of the day – and help celebrate everything that makes the IGR (International Gay Rugby) community so special.
Filming took place across a full day of back-to-back fixtures and team activities. With multiple matches running across pitches and a festival-style environment, we used a roaming filming approach to move fluidly between games and capture both planned and spontaneous moments.
