We were tasked with delivering top-level event production for a prestigious medical conference at the Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria in Sheffield. The event welcomed approximately 400 delegates, including a wide range of professionals such as consultants, trainees, associate specialists, advanced medical practitioners, nurses, dieticians, and junior doctors. The programme focused on cutting-edge topics within the field, covering emerging trends, new therapies, endoscopy techniques, and practical insights into managing complex clinical challenges. The diverse audience reflected the breadth of expertise and collaboration in gastrointestinal (GI) medicine.
To ensure all attendees could engage effectively in the busy space, the event required high-quality screens, speakers, and image magnification to enhance visibility and create an immersive experience for everyone.
For the project solution, we provided all of the necessary equipment along with a dedicated team of experienced professionals to ensure flawless execution. The event ran incredibly smoothly, with particular attention given to enhancing the visual experience through image magnification. We installed four screens strategically positioned throughout the venue—two at the front displaying each speaker’s slide content and two in the middle showing both stage activity and the slides.
This setup ensured that no matter where delegates were seated in the room, they had an equally immersive and clear view of the presentations, allowing for a cohesive and engaging experience for all attendees.
