Stream7 has secured support through the Business Productivity and Digitisation Grant Scheme to invest in a new remote multi-camera production system, strengthening the company's capabilities across live events, hybrid productions, live streaming and content creation.
The Sheffield-based event production company will invest in three Panasonic AW-EU150AKE9 pan, tilt and zoom cameras, alongside a Panasonic AW-RP200GJ remote camera controller and the supporting power equipment required to create a complete operational system.
You may not know these cameras by name, but you'll almost certainly have seen them before. PTZ (pan, tilt and zoom) cameras are widely used behind the scenes on everything from reality TV shows and sports coverage to live concerts, award ceremonies and televised events. They're trusted by broadcasters because they can deliver stunning camera shots while being controlled remotely by a single operator - bringing true broadcast-quality production to every event.
The investment has been made possible through the Business Productivity and Digitisation Grant Scheme, delivered by Business Sheffield. The programme supports businesses across South Yorkshire to improve productivity, adopt new technologies and drive sustainable business growth through expert advice and matched grant funding.
