Stream7 at IBC 2024: Highlights from Our Amsterdam Visit

The Stream7 team had an incredible experience attending the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) 2024 at the RAI in Amsterdam. It was a week filled with innovation, industry insights, and exciting opportunities to explore the latest trends in broadcasting and event technology. Here’s a recap of some of our highlights from this year’s show.

Seeing Our Logo on the MainStreaming Stand

One of the proudest moments for our team was seeing the Stream7 logo displayed on the MainStreaming stand, alongside other esteemed partners. It’s always rewarding to witness our brand featured on such a global stage, representing our ongoing collaboration and commitment to delivering high-quality streaming services. This was a great reminder of the growing partnerships we continue to nurture in the industry.

Catching Up with Dejero

As longtime partners with Dejero, we took the opportunity to meet and catch up. Dejero’s innovative solutions continue to impress us, especially their focus on seamless connectivity for live productions. It was great to hear about their latest developments and reaffirm our strong relationship. Their technology plays a vital role in the smooth execution of many of our projects, so keeping up to date with their advancements is crucial for us.

Exploring New Equipment for Event Technology

IBC is always a treasure trove of cutting-edge technology, and this year was no exception. We were excited to see the latest equipment available for event technology, from state-of-the-art cameras to live streaming gear that can enhance the quality of our productions. With a focus on efficiency and improved audience experience, we left the exhibition with plenty of ideas on how to implement some of this tech in future projects.

New Software for Workflow Improvements

We also got hands-on with new software tools that promise to streamline our workflow. As a company focused on delivering flawless broadcasts and events, improving efficiency is key. The software showcased at IBC 2024 offers new ways to manage and optimise our production pipelines, helping us deliver faster and with greater precision. We’re excited about the potential for these tools to elevate the way we work.

Making New Connections & Catching Up with Friends

Networking is always a highlight of IBC, and this year was no different. We made some exciting new connections that will undoubtedly lead to future collaborations. From tech partners to industry experts, it was invaluable to connect with so many professionals who share our passion for pushing the boundaries of broadcasting and live events. It was also a pleasure to catch up with old friends and colleagues, sharing insights and experiences from the past year.

Looking Forward

Our visit to IBC 2024 was packed with opportunities, and we’re looking forward to incorporating what we’ve learned into our upcoming projects. From new equipment and software to stronger partnerships, the future looks bright for Stream7. We left Amsterdam feeling inspired, and we can’t wait to bring these innovations back to our clients.

Until next year, IBC—thank you for another unforgettable experience!
