Sheffield-headquartered event production company Stream7 will exhibit at Event Tech Live for the first time this November at Stand E41. Stream7 specialises in hybrid events, virtual events, event production, event studios, and content creation. Founded in Sheffield and working globally, the team delivers broadcasts and streams for conferences, awards, festivals, trainings, and town halls anywhere, anytime.
Experience Our Stand: From Lens to Living Room
Step into our Yorkshire-inspired recreation of a nan’s living room – think well-worn sofa, knitted blankets, floral wallpaper, and that comforting tin of biscuits. From Lens to Living Room is our way of showing that broadcast doesn’t have to feel distant or clinical. It’s a nod to where we’re from, and a reminder that with the right expertise, any event can be made accessible – whether someone is watching from a venue, an office or their own front room.
Rather than a traditional tech showcase, the stand will use nostalgia to tell a modern story. Subtle details will reveal how familiar surroundings can become unexpected viewing spaces, with moments of storytelling woven through the room. It’s our invitation to lean in, look closer and discover just how far an event can reach.
Behind the cosy setting will sit the real message of From Lens to Living Room: that with the right behind-the-scenes engineering – connectivity, switching, resilience – any event can be streamed, shared and experienced from anywhere. It will be a playful reminder that powerful broadcast doesn’t need to feel technical; it just needs to feel human.
P.S. Visit us at the stand – and we’ll give you a biscuit. Yes, really. We’re from Yorkshire, after all.
A Special Year for Stream7
This year is particularly exciting, as Stream7 has also been shortlisted at the Event Technology Awards 2025. Being recognised alongside some of the most innovative teams and technologies in the industry is a real milestone for us. It reflects not just our technical capability, but the partnerships, problem-solving and people at the heart of what we do.
To be named a finalist in the same year we exhibit at Event Tech Live for the first time makes this event even more meaningful – it feels like the perfect moment to share how we work, why we care about accessibility and sustainability, and how far a broadcast can really travel when it’s done right.

From Stand to Stage
Not only will we be exhibiting for the very first time at Event Tech Live - but we’ll also be taking to the stage with a powerful session designed to help producers and organisers deliver truly memorable hybrid events. Join us for the speaker session Beyond the Booth - Building Better Events Through Partnership Ecosystems on Thursday 13 November from 12:00 to 12:45 (45 minutes) in the Innovation Theatre:
In a world where anyone can press “Go Live”, the challenge is creating hybrid events that are memorable, accessible, and future-ready. This session explores how to solve common production problems - from unreliable connectivity to disengaged remote audiences - by building a strong ecosystem of technology partnerships. Through real-world case studies, we will show how collaboration between event producers and solution providers enables agile, inclusive, and sustainable events that deliver genuine value.
When you join our session, you’re stepping into a conversation about collaboration, creativity and real audience connection. In Beyond the Booth – Building Better Events Through Partnership Ecosystems, you’ll help shape the discussion through live polls. We’ll also walk you through technical breakdowns to show how features like bonded connectivity, translation and captions make hybrid events feel smooth, inclusive and broadcast-quality.
We’ll share real examples from across our work – how we’ve teamed up with partners to tackle technical challenges, make events more accessible and deliver top-level experiences from stages, halls, studios or unconventional locations. What worked, what didn’t, and how collaboration turned roadblocks into opportunities.
You’ll also gain practical tools: a tech-selection checklist focused on accessibility, a planning cheat sheet to reduce environmental impact, and an easy evaluation framework to help you choose the right partners and workflows.
Whether you run conferences, awards, festivals or training sessions – if you want to reach more people, use fewer resources and deliver real impact, this session will help you get there. Check out the full session details on the Event Tech Live website.
